to be lying down on your back, in Brazilian jujitsu it's
okay to be on your back. In fact, a lot of the techniques begin with you
and your opponent down on the mat at the new RFO Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

joint locks and choke holds to force an opponent to tap out. It promotes

Gironda - The Iron Guru
When I was heavily into martial arts...(pre-injuries) I was into
body building too. Not a giant body but a "perfect body"
for my age and weight. I had started weight training with my football
coach (at age 16), so I had built a prefect muscle foundation for my age
to start with. So if I ever wanted to continue with other sports or weight
train later in my life it would be easy to grow naturally to the next
level.
So, later in my life I decided I wanted to get my black
belt in Tae Kwon Do & Hapkido. But, I began weight training at the
same time. The perfect body and a black black! Wow...! And since I was in
awesome shape, it would help me to get my second degree black belt. I
trained hard in martial arts ( until my injuries got the best of me), for
about 8 years. I was lucky to find and study privately under Grand Master
Jun Chung.
Then in my search for a weight trainer, the most amazing
thing happened to me. I was lucky enough to meet the greatest
trainer that ever lived...The
