Shianne Anders

I would like to Nominate my daughter Shianne Anders into the Kids Hall of Fame for Karate.

Shianne started Karate when she was 5 years old in February 2004. 3 1/2 years later, she just turned 9 last month and is testing for her Black Belt on November 17th. Shianne is very dedicated to Martial Arts and extremely focused.

Shianne has entered 2 different Karate Tournaments and has trophies for 1st and 2nd place in Forms, 1st place in Weapons (Sais) and 4th place in Sparring. Shianne definitely has her whole heart into Karate and I think this is something that she will be involved in forever. She loves to attend classes and learn as much as she can to help her grown in Taekwondo!!

Even though Shianne trains every day and takes 3 (45 minute) classes on Mondays, Wednesdays & Saturday, a weapons class on Saturday, and Sparring on Friday along with 2 hours of Leadership Classes which is training her to be an Instructor she is still an Honor Roll student at school.

Shianne is currently training at Allstar Karate in Hagerstown under Mr Jimmy. She thinks he's an awesome teacher and he has taught her a great deal!! I designed a website for her Black Belt Party and it shows her at each of her belt levels to show how she's grown!
