Troy
Nowicki with Sensei Larry Carnahan
Troy
is grateful for his wonderful instructors, most notably, Mr. Larry
Carnahan who has gone above and beyond as an instructor and mentor to Troy
and his older brother, Matt. Mr. Carnahan's dedication to his
students and the positive influence he has on them is unmatched.
Troy
is also very thankful for his bo instructors, Wayne Dalglish and Michael
Bernardo. Troy loves working with them and has had the opportunity
to be part of some exciting projects with Wayne including participating in
some of the Wayne Dalglish Instructional Bo videos and being in photo
shoots for Black Belt, Inc. magazine.

In
addition to training, Troy loves teaching karate. With the guidance
of Larry Carnahan, Troy and his brother, Matt, run a National Karate
School for kids which is part of the local Community Education Program.
Troy and Matt teach Taekwondo two nights per week. Troy is also the
main bo instructor to the students.
When
he's not training or teaching, Troy loves riding ATV 4-wheelers around his
home out in the country. He also enjoys baseball, football and any
activities in the snow.
