John Sharkey, Jr. is a 8th degree black belt in Shorei
Ryu, an Okinawan karate system, and a
3rd degree black belt in Shotokan, a Japanese
karate system. He has been involved in the martial arts for
over 35 years and has been teaching others for more than 27 of
those years, has trained many world champions. One of the most respected men in martial arts
today!

astronaut, a yoga teacher, a retired fighter pilot, a singer and a karate

Reid Presley started the art of Tae Kwon
Do in November of 2001 at the age of 6. At such a young age Reid was not
your typical 6 year old in that he had natural technique.

nature calls, one has to answer!
One
of the most embarrassing moments of my life happened during my second
week of university in Leicester. I had my first tutorial, which took
place in a small room and was crowded with around 12 students and a
teacher. I had felt a big fart coming and was only keeping it in lock
by sitting strategically and balancing so that I closed its escape
path - well the teacher had to pick me to stand up and work some sum
on the board !! I went really red, and could not think of a valid
excuse, so I tried get up really fast whilst squeezing my butt so that
I kept the fart in - unfortunately it back fired (literally) and as
soon as I got up the fart escaped with a horrifically laud noise, it
took 15 minutes before the lesson could be resumed for the smell was
bad but also the students just could not stop laughing at me !!
