Every child is taught that karate is only to be used as a
means of self protection. The philosophy of karate is that
the first move starts with a defensive one and not an
attack. Children are told that they must not use karate in
school or outside for fun.
One
of the best gifts parents can provide for their children is
the opportunity to posses the skills necessary to lead a
successful and healthy life.
What
are these skills?
Patience,
concentration, humility, self-discipline, self control, self
confidence, respect, and a strong coordinated healthy body. Sama
Karate Organization are professionals in this field, we have
been teaching children' karate for over 25 years. From
our experience we have developed a unique approach in
teaching these skills giving the child, focus, discipline
and self achievement. Many
Sama Karate Kids have shown dramatic changes in their lives,
such as a higher self-esteem and confidence which has
contributed to better improvement with their school work and
social skills. The
Sama Karate Kids program is a well rounded learning and
improving activity teaching important values. We also emphasis
that karate is not to be used in school or for fun. We at
Sama Organization look forward to working with you and your
child.
Karate is not a
macho thing, karate is for everyone, so make no
mistake about it,
SAMA girls are just as good at karate as the boys.
TOP TIPS
Try to avoid trouble.
Don't try to fight against your opponents strength; it is
unlikely you will be able to if they are stronger.
Moves have to be short and sharp to be effective.
MOST IMPORTANTLY
Always be aware of your surroundings and people around you.
