"Apollo" Cooks Karate Academy. Chris started when he was 5
years old and now holds a Orange and Green belt in free style Karate in
the youth division under Instructor John Cook and David
Vogtman.

A: As a good rule of thumb, the average age I believe a child should begin training is 6 years in our Enfield/North London Karate venues. But under the right circumstances and with the correct teaching a child can benefit from our type of karate training at an earlier age..
