AHH one day I was walking to the mall with my boyfriend and my best friend and I fell and tripped over a stick ! I had to get 3 stitches in my head, and I broke my right leg and left arm! haha it was so embarrassing but now looking back on it it was actually pretty funny !!

Bill Viola Jr's Kumite Classic  Sports and Fitness Festival was a big hit! The 60-minute broadband talk show hosted by World Champion Michele ‘Mouse’ Krasnoo was another enormous success. Michele Krasnoo conducted ringside commentary from the extreme forms and weapons divisions. Including close-up exclusive interviews with Olympic Champion and World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE) Champion Kurt Angle and the invincible martial arts world champion Casey Marks. Featuring a ‘Special Guest Appearance’ by tournament promoter and world champion martial artist Bill Viola Jr.
